  • We prioritize bringing your selected piece to you swiftly. Orders placed before 3 pm are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays.

  • Our atelier buzzes with activity during sales and special promotions. Kindly allow 2-4 business days during these bustling periods for us to process your order.

  • Belgium: €6.95 under €100, Free over €100, delivered in 1-3 business days.

  • Germany: €7.95 under €100, Free over €100, delivered in 2-3 business days.

  • UK: €14.95 under €150, Free over €150, delivered in 2-4 business days.

  • France & Luxembourg: €9.95 under €150, Free over €150, delivered in 2-4 business days.

  • Rest of EU: €19.95 under €250, Free over €250, delivered in 2-5 business days.

  • USA: €29.95 under €400, Free over €400, delivered in 2-7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: €44.95, delivered in 3-10 business days.

*Shipping times are estimates. For orders placed before 3 pm, we dispatch in 1-2 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During promotions, dispatch may take 2-4 days. Returns

Change of heart? No worries. Here’s how to return or exchange an item with CeCe Atelier:

  • Initiate Your Return: Email us at info@cece-atelier.nl with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

  • Send It Back: Pack the item(s) in their original condition and use a trackable shipping method. For high-value items, consider insuring your package.

  • Keep Us Posted: Share your tracking number with us so we can look out for your return.

  • Confirmation: We’ll let you know when your return is received and processed.

  • Refund: Expect a refund within 5 business days after we’ve received your item(s).

Please remember, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. The cost of return shipping is on you, including any customs fees for international returns. Keep in mind the return remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure to send it tracked and insured if you’re concerned about its value.
