Art. 3 | Seamless Transactions

3.1 For your ease, we offer multiple secured payment options. All transactions are conducted in euros. Our accepted methods include iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, and Credit Card payments via MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
3.2 Pricing errors, though rare, may occur. If spotted, we reserve the right to make corrections even post-purchase.
3.3 Our prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of shipping fees.

Our creations require careful, loving attention to detail, thus the production of your unique order may take up to 1-2 business days to complete before we can dispatch it to its new home.

We strive for promptness, with the ambition to ship your order as swiftly as possible. If you place your order before 3 pm, we pledge to send it off within 1-2 business days, though we ask for your understanding that weekends and holidays are reserved for life's other rhythms. During our bustling sale events or special promotions, we may require 2-4 business days to meticulously prepare your order. Upon the meticulous preparation of your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. And the moment your parcel departs from our atelier, we'll send you a shipping confirmation, complete with a link to track the journey of your CeCe Atelier parcel.

Art. 5 | Your Piece, On Its Way

5.1 A doorstep delivery via PostNL.
5.2 Address errors or other issues might entail additional charges.
5.3 Handcrafted with love, we aim to dispatch your jewelry promptly post-payment. We'll notify you of any unforeseen delays.
5.4 Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you safely. Post-delivery, its care rests with you.

Art. 7 | Returns & Personal Choices

At CeCe Atelier, we aspire for each piece to resonate with your personal narrative. However, should the symphony of design and desire not harmonize in your space, we offer a refined process for returns, embracing your autonomy with every step. The cost of a return or exchange is at your own expense, including import duties.

Your Guide to a Seamless Return:

• Initiation of Return Journey: Your first step is to reach out to our customer service via email at info@cece-atelier.nl, detailing your order number and the pieces you wish to return or exchange.
• Preparation for Departure: Pack the item(s) with the utmost care, ensuring they remain untouched, unworn, and nestled in their original packaging—the way they were crafted to be experienced.
• Sending Off with Serenity: Dispatch the parcel back to the address we provide. To maintain the thread of trust, we recommend a shipping method that allows the package's path to be traced.
• Communication of Progress: Upon dispatch, kindly convey the tracking details to info@cece-atelier.nl. This allows us to anticipate its arrival and streamline the return for your convenience.
• Await Our Acknowledgment: Once your package arrives at our atelier, you will receive a prompt acknowledgment, confirming the safe return of the item(s).
• Completion of the Circle: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the return, closing the loop with the same elegance with which it began.

• From the reception of your order, a generous 14-day window is provided for you to ponder your selection. Within this period, we welcome your decision with grace and understanding.
• The responsibility for the return shipment, including the safekeeping of the item(s), remains with you until it reaches the sanctuary of our atelier. For a seamless return, we advise using a shipping method with tracking capabilities. For those treasures of greater value, consider adding insurance to safeguard against the whims of transit.
